  Q: Are your Designer Sunglasses and Glasses GENUINE and NEW ?
 
  A: Absolutely! We buy all of our stock direct from the Manufacturers of each Designer product.
 
  Q: Are your products the same as I would buy from any retail outlet ?
 
  A: Absolutely! We also, have Retail Optical outlet. We post items out to you with all boxes and bags etc that are supplied to us with your product. Just as we supply through our high street outlet.
 
  Q: Are your products under Guarantee ?
 
  A: Absolutely! All products have a worldwide guaranteed by their maufacturer against manufacturing defects. This guarantee can be fulfiled through any Official dealership of your chosen brand world wide.Proof of purchase date would be required.
 
  Q: Which designer brands can you supply ?
 
  A: Brands include Prada, Ray Ban, Police, Versace, Revo and many more. Our High Street outlet holds around 50 different brands. If available we can order just about any Designer SunGlasses.Contact us for a quote.
 
  Q: Why are your products so cheap for GENUINE items ?
 
  A: As we purchase direct from the manufacturer. There is no middle-man adding their commission. Our Online overheads are very low and we are not greedy! Our margins are very low therefore we can sell to you at the best possible prices for NEW and GUARANTEED GENUINE designer products.
 
  Q: How do I know I am ordering the right model and colour ?
 
  A: The best way to ensure you are getting EXACTLY what you want is to go to your local retailer and try them on. Choose exactly what you want and then write the codes down which can be found on the inside of the arms. Give us this information and you will recieve a pair EXACTLY the same.
 
  Q: How long will it take to Dispatch my order ?
 
  A: If the Item is IN STOCK your item will be dispatched with 48 hours ( Ususlly within 12 hours) Unless our holiday message in on the home page. For Items which are not in stock we will e-mail you with an estimated dispatch date. If we cannot dispatch with 28 working days we will refund you in full if required.
 
  Q: How long does delivery take from dispatch ? ( Please see estimated dispatch time for the item you have purchased on the advertisment you have purchased from. )
 
  A: UK Usually between 1 and 2 working days,  EU usually between 4 and 10 working days USA & Canada usually between 7 and 14 working days Please note once the item has been dispatched we have no control over the delivery times.

UK Customers:-  Items sent through SECUREMAIL  DX Couriers. All sunglasses will need to be signed for, IF you are not home when they attempt to deliver they will leave a YELLOW Calling card informing you of the attempt. Their Telephone number is 0870 72012983  They have another phone number on the calling card but from experience the phone number above is answered alot faster than the one on the calling card. You will need your tracking number which will be E-Mailed to you on request.  If you do not respond to the delivery attempt they may return the item to us , If  this happens you will need to pay the postage again for us to RE-Send them.
 
  Q: Can I have a discount ?
 
  A: NO! Sorry no discounts are avaliable on our items as we strive to keep them as in-expensive as possible already. For orders over £500 we may be able to give Free shipping on request. If you are a regular buyer we will soon have an affiliate program available through www.glassescentre.com
 
  Q: I would like a model or colour that is not advertised here!
 
  A: Just E-mail us with the model number and colour code of the sunglasses or glasses you would like and we will check availability and price and respond as a matter of urgency. quoteforspecial@glassescentre.com
 
  Q: Do you sell prescription lenses for your frames ?
 
  A: Yes! We are opticians and are able to supply any optical products that your local Optician can, including spectacle lenses. However varifocals and Bifocals require special measurements to be taken while you are wearing the spectacles of your choice. Hence we only sell single vision lenses online through www.glassescentre.com.
 
  Q: Are you an Optician ?
 
  A: YES! We are a family run business with over 70 years of Optical and Ophthalmic experience.
 
  Q: What happens if my purchase arrives damaged ?
 
  A: If the box is damaged when it arrives please refuse to accept it and it will be returned to us at the couriers cost. If your sign for it and later realise the box is damaged you will have to pay for the postage to return them. Your Item will be inspected before it is posted to you so any damage will have occured in transit.
 
   
 
   
 
  Q: Can my item be posted to an UN-Confirmed address if I Pay by Pay-Pal?
 
  A: We always prefer to have a Paypal confirmed address. You must confirm your address by E-mail to me, You must be able to supply me with a Land line telephone number where we can reach you. Your Name and address should correspond in the Telephone directory. Sorry but we have had some fraudulent purchases made so our security has been tightened.

  Returns Policy

 We STRONGLY encourage that returns are avoided if at all possible as ALL returns incur costs which neither beneficial to yourself or our Company.

 Returns can be avoided by choosing your Sunglasses in your local Sunglasses outlet. Write the code numbers down that are written on the sides of the Sunglasses or Ophthalmic frame and order this exact code. This way you can ensure that you are happy with what you are ordering before you make your purchase, as you have tried them on already. If you can’t find the code you require on our Website, Email us and we will upload it to our Website within 24 Hrs

 Returns and exchanges are accepted under certain circumstances

        1)     Items must be returned with 7 days of them being posted to you.

2)     Items are returned EXACTLY as you receive them

3)     All Bags, stickers, leaflets, cleaning cloths, cases etc are returned as received.

 We are unable to refund you the postage costs that you have paid and you are responsible for postage costs back to us.

Returned items must be sent back by special delivery where we SIGN for their delivery to us.

        Unfortunately there is a RE-Stocking / Administration Fee for all orders returned for REFUND of  10% of the purchase price, this  is charged to us by  our suppliers  so we must pass this on to you unless we increase the cost of ALL sunglasses  to cover these charges ! 

Therefore refund amount will be the Price paid for the item,  LESS 10% ( the postage and / or payment charges will NOT be refunded )

Items Returned for EXCHANGE will NOT incur the 10% RE-Stocking / Administration fee, You will just be asked to pay the postage charge agian for the second delivery.

 You must Complete a returns form BELOW  and enclose it with the item being returned,  Please ensure that the item is well packaged as items arriving back to us with Squashed boxs etc CANNOT be re-sold and therefore CANNOT be refunded.
